Spacious Double in Fabulous Friendly House

Hey!

We are looking for a person to fill a double room room in a 4 bed house share.

The room is spacious, and it comes furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe and in a modern, three storey house. There is a spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. We also have a snug living room with 2 sofas and a television! The family bathroom in the house is shared between you & two other housemates and there is an additional toilet on the ground floor. We're also lucky enough to have a garden with a BBQ for when the weather heats up!

House is in the Roath/Pen-y-lan area, which is really lovely and quiet, it’s near loads of big supermarkets, a 24 hour gym, and easy bus links into the centre.

You'd be living with 1 male and 2 female housemates, all really friendly, sociable but respectful of each others space. We are working professionals so the house tends to be chilled during the week but livens up at the weekend.
