Large rooms in Homely House, Heath

We have two large, well kept furnished bedrooms available in a house off Whitchurch road, close to amenities, restaurants and bars. Would be ideal for medical students at Heath Hospital!

One of the rooms is on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
In the house, there are 3 bathrooms, a utilities rooms, a large garden, a kitchen/diner and a separate living room.

Included in the £315 is the room, wifi and water. Council tax is £45 on top, and electricity and gas bills are on top.

The existing housemates all like hanging out together, cooking sometimes and listening to/playing music, watching films etc. In the summer, we plan to grow veg in the garden! We generally keep the house pretty tidy and clean and we'd like housemates who equally want to live in a nice, tidy environment. We also respect eachothers need for space sometimes. We're a mixture of students/professionals/aspirin g musicians.
