Looking for a full time student to move into the house to take over my tenancy until June 2019, when the contract ends. Room available for new tenant to move in from today.

Rent is £320 a month (plus bills which are between £30-40 a month). Deposit of £450 is approximate, please contact me for exact figure.

Room is at the back of the house, and comes with a wardrobe, desk, chair, window with blinds, drawers and book shelf.

The house is on a quiet street with some student houses but mostly residential.
Albany Road shops are just round the corner.
10-15 minute walk into town.
Suitable for Cardiff Uni, Cardiff Metropolitan Uni, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and University of South Wales students.
Cardiff Park Place Campus, Cathays station and Lidl are a 10 minute walk away.
Good bus links just around the corner to Heath Hospital Cardiff Uni campus, Cardiff Metropolitan Llandaff and Cyncoed Campus (and the town centre if its raining!)

House is with a private landlord, who is friendly and attentive.

Three lovely final year healthcare students as the other tenants. Room has become available due to a change in my circumstances.

Female, non-smokers interest please. Must be able to provide a guarantor for the paying of rent.
