Looking for someone to take over our tenancy as my boyfriend and I are having to leave uni due to personal reasons.
It’s a very spacious, one bedroom flat on the first (top) floor with a separate living room and kitchen. Flat is furnished including a double bed, a corner sofa, 2 wardrobes, a desk and a washing machine. Can include a coffee table, tv stand and dining table with 4 chairs for an extra charge. Black out curtains can also be added however there are curtains already included. Close to the university and city centre (Brithdir Street).
£600/month excluding bills.
Managed by ISSA estates who manage the flat and will sort the changes.
