The flat is a two bedroom, ground floor apartment with independent access. Situated in Roath just off Albany Road so great for students and professionals working in the city and close to local shops, amenities and Roath park. Comprising; light and spacious lounge/kitchen area with access to rear garden, two double bedrooms, newly fitted bathroom and kitchen and shared enclosed rear garden with access to the side of property.

Fully furnished with tv, washing machine etc.
