Will be cheaper if you wanted to rent it Monday - Friday.

Pontcanna is a great location! 15 min walk to the centre and surrounded by parks, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a microbrewery and farmers markets! A coop, Tesco and organic store within a few minutes walk from the flat.. what more could you need?! I will really miss living here.

Parking is on-street - either non residential or if you want residential, I can buy you a guest parking permit and add it to the cost of the rent (approx £5 per month I think).
