The house is huge - it has has two large reception rooms, a separate dining room, kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, and two separate bathrooms. There is also a garden and off-road parking at the back of the property. The room itself has a huge bay window, and beautiful solid wood furniture.
Cathedral Road is an excellent location, just next to the park. We are approx. a 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and 15 mins from Cardiff University. There's also lots of lovely cafes and pubs on our doorstep.
Existing tenants are sociable and friendly, and enjoy the odd trip to the pub! Interests include football, cooking, guitar, and boxing.
