We have a spare room in friendly shared house in Roath. We are four young professionals looking for another to join us. It's a six bed house so there is a spare room (which would give you a choice of rooms)! Total cost for rent, gas, electric, water, council tax & broadband is £375 pcm.
Both rooms are fairly large with double beds, fitted wardrobes & drawers plus a desk. One is upstairs (pictured) with a larger room with bay fronted windows downstairs at the front of the house.
Two upstairs and bathrooms and a big kitchen and living room downstairs at the rear.
As for the housemates, we're all in our twenties and work full-time. We get on well, enjoy having the craic at weekends. Looking for someone like-minded to join us.
