This Property is a 20 minute walk from Town, and 15 mins from the University Hospital of Wales. A short walk from Roath Park, as well as the shops and restaurants of Albany, Wellfield and City Road.

We offer a fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans, microwave, kettle, etc...
The kitchen also has a range cooker ,dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2.5 fridge freezers, cooker and microwave, as well as a breakfast bar.

The sitting room is an open plan with the kitchen, so it's the perfect place to socialise, with comfy sofas and flat screen TV. Patio doors open out onto a sunny low maintenance patio garden with a picnic table, washing line and BBQ.

Information from current house mates:
We are a very sociable house - we are 50/50 split boys and girls. We are all professionals however we are young and lively individuals who enjoy socialising in our free time. We regularly go out for drinks and have meals together and go to the park or town to enjoy the sunshine. We enjoy each other’s company and spending time together in an evening - at the moment watching love island 😂

We are a tidy group and respect the communal space but equally we are generous and many of us share food if needed or other household items.

We would be very interested in a young individual as we are all under 30 ourselves. We would be looking for a person who enjoys spending time in social situations and likes to have a drink and evening meals together. We are obviously respectful of people’s working hours and never party in the week however we do enjoy having a night out on the odd Saturday or Friday night.

We are all recent graduates and I believe another graduate would be a fantastic addition to our house.
