Master bedroom (unfurnished but with huge built in wardrobes) available in a professional houseshare in the sought after area of Pontcanna. We are a stone’s throw away from beautiful parks, good coffee shops and the city centre is 15-20 minute walk away. Available July 19th 2020.

We also have a lounge with a sofa and a sofa bed, fully furnished kitchen/dining room, washing machine, tumble dryer and back garden that would be good for BBQs if we ever got round to it.

We liaise directly with the landlord, and split rent equally (£333 each) every month, council tax and bills come to roughly £100-£120 extra.

I am a chilled out, nap-loving sportsperson who is pretending to know how to Adult. I’m sure we will get along so please let me know if you’d like some further info. Other room is occupied by chilled out rugby playing doctor named Rhys.
