About the house; its in a great location, about 2 minutes from Roath Park, 5 minutes from shops and restaurants on Wellfield Road, 15 minutes from the Heath, 20 minutes from town! Its recently been refurbished so is nice inside with a large modern kitchen, living and dining room. Anyway – check out the photos!
What’s the deal? The rent includes all bills so no extra costs and a £550 deposit. Minimum stay around 3 months just need 2 months notice after that if you wanted to move out.
