The property is a large modernised late Victorian mid-terrace house in the well sought after area of Pontcanna, Cardiff, within easy walking/ cycling/ bus distance to the centre of Cardiff as well as having Canton/ Llandaff/ Sophia Gardens/ Parks/ River Taff/ Cafes/ Restaurants/ Bars right on the doorstep.

Room contains double bed, desk/chair, radiator, blinds, bedside table, bedside lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bin.

Bedding/ Towels will be provided and laundered the end of each week.

There is an adjoining Jack+Jill Ensuite that would only be shared with 18yo son during School Holiday periods.

The room faces the rear of the property so is very quiet with plenty of natural light.

The letting also includes shared use of a well equipped kitchen/ diner, full use of Internet/ WiFi and Washing Machine/Dryer.

Bills (Gas/Electricity/Water/Council Tax/Internet) included in rate.

The room is for MONDAY to FRIDAY letting only (or Sunday to Thursday) and would suit a professional person working locally during the week.

There is unrestricted on road parking to the front and rear.

We are a professional couple who live in the house and lead very busy lives. We are looking for a lodger Monday-Friday (or Sunday-Thursday) whilst our two children (17 and 18) are away at boarding school during the week. Please note we also have two friendly Labradors (Pepper and Rusty), who have restricted access to the Kitchen only as well as to other Ground Floor areas only when we are in.
