Fantastic location, opposite Roath Mill Gardens and within 5 minutes’ walk of Wellfield/Albany Road, with its many shops, cafes and bars. Regular buses to city centre 2 minutes away. The area is beautiful with many gorgeous parks for running, walking or cycling right on the doorstep. The house is a 4 bedroom Edwardian property with many original features and a pretty, enclosed garden. The fully furnished room overlooks the garden. There are two bathrooms shared between three of us. I love walking and travelling and try to keep fit, though it feels like I’m fighting a losing battle! I enjoy a glass of wine and catching up with family and friends at the weekend, and my grown up daughters, granddaughter and doggy usually stop by too. My housemate and I work full time in universities. We are quiet, clean, tidy and respect each other’s privacy - and we are looking for a housemate who will fit in well. The room would suit a mature student or working person. Price quoted is for a single person and includes bills.
