Searching for a replacement tenant for my room at Liberty Bridge from January onwards between the ages of 18 -25. Room is cheaper to book from a previous tenant compared to going through the website.

Liberty Bridge is located directly opposite the Atrium, Uni South Wales' Cardiff campus, with a short 5-10 minute walk to Cardiff's City centre and is within easy walking distance of Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street train stations. Prime location in the heart of Cardiff.

The room comes with an ensuite bathroom, small double bed with storage space underneath and desk with a set of drawers and shelf storage. Other amenities include a chair, noticeboard, wardrobe, full length mirror, coat pegs and radiator.

The three person flat, offers a shared kitchen where you will have storage space (a shelf or more) in both the fridge and freezer, as well as two cupboards and a drawer for food and utensils. The flat is equipped with a hoover, ironing board and mop as well as its own waste bins.

Rent costs £121 a week with wifi and bills included.
Tenancy ends on the 1st of July 2020.
