Room to rent in a recently renovated flat in the Cardiff Bay area. Sorry the pictures are a little messy - took them straight after flat mate moved out! Pictures don’t really do it justice either, larger and brighter in person.

Bus stop practically outside the door and Cogan train station a 5 minute walk both with regular routes into Cardiff centre. If you drive it’s a 5 minute trip to either the bay, Cardiff city, Penarth or motorway links are also right next to the flat if you have a commute elsewhere.

He’s a tidy person and the flat is easy to keep clean so doesn’t really require much upkeep. He can give you as much space/privacy as you like or if you’re more social he’s fine with that too, he’s really easy to get along with and we’ve become good friends from living together.
