The contract starts on 1st of July 2020 and it costs £360 per month. It is about an 8-minute walk from the Students Union.
We are living in a three-bed, one bath house on Russell Street. It has a mid-size kitchen and a separate living and a separate dining room.
We are quiet guys who do like a beer but are not hugely outgoing but always up for a trip to the pub. We are looking for a similar type of person. We are happy to live with boys or girls.
