HOT TUB AND LUXURY LIVING IN CITY CENTRE!

Hello there my lovely Cardiff visitor! Happy Valentines!

I have a brand new, freshly decorated house in the city centre, 10 mins easy walk to Cardiff Central station, the BBC and the stadiums (they are all literally on the next road, just a bit further down), and 15 mins walk to Cardiff castle/Bute park the city centre high street and St Davids shopping centre.

THE ROOM:
A very very large newly decorated double room with kingsize bed, memory foam mattress topper, private sitting room sofa area, workspace (desk and chair), your own cooking and tea making facilities (microwave, kettle, silent fridge etc), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, blackout curtains, bedside lamps, storage, USB ports with chargers, and all bed linens and towels provided! Room thoroughly cleaned between each customers stay.

THE LET:
In the week I am looking for working professionals who are friendly, and kind and semi-clean to share my home with me. This house is chock full of amenities - there is even a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the mod cons to make it as easy as poss to keep shiny!

IMPORTANT: It is a Monday to Friday let but if needed you are also more than welcome to stay the Sunday night before work if there is not a bank holiday weekend. There is an option to purchase any unbooked weekends and there is no contract or minimum/maximum amount of weeks you have to stay! This is all about having someone relaxed, friendly and fun to share my home with - everything else we can work out!

I currently run my house as a mini hotel/AirBNB on the weekends and have stocked the rooms like a hotel would. There is a silent fridge and microwave in each room, tea and coffee making facilities, irons, hairdryers, bedside lamps and memory foam mattress toppers all round! There is also a hot tub in the garden (which I am still doing up so my weekend guests don't have access to it just yet - you do though you lucky thing!), this is on pretty much 24/7 if you fancy a dip!

The price listed includes absolutely all bills and council tax and is for the large double room with sitting area as shown, there is another slightly smaller room which you are welcome to look at too, it will become available soon.

I'm happy to chat if I'm around, or leave you to your own devices. The house will be relatively quiet on working days as I work away a lot in the week but I am always available for a glass of wine any evenings I am around if you fancy it!

PLEASE NOTE: the Sunday night is available on all non-bank holiday weekends, on Bank holiday weekends the room will be available Mon-Fri . There is an option to purchase weekends if you would like and if they are available. The property will be run like a hotel so if you do leave for the weekend please remove your belongings for other guests staying over the weekends. Couples considered for a little extra. Some items and food stuffs etc may be left in kitchen cupboard while you are away. Please no DSS, unemployed, pets or smokers. Property is strictly non smoking due to asthmatic resident. Friendly people only!
