The house is 5 bedrooms with two bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs).
There is a little back garden and utility room, all the bedrooms are a good size and overall an unreal deal for student housing.
The landlord is really sound and keeps the houses in really great condition.

Flatmates are all very friendly. No one is too loud or much of a party animal, there is just a room to fill as someone who was meant to be living with us had to drop out.
