My housemate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in. It's a lovely second floor flat with a small balcony overlooking the water. The room available has a good sized separate bathroom straight across the hall. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. There's one parking permit but also street parking around - we've never had trouble parking two cars.
In total we pay £582 for rent and bills (i. e broadband, water, electric and council tax - there's no gas). Our tenancy agreement ends on 30 July but there may be some leeway to move in a little earlier. It's through a letting agency so there may be a small admin fee.
The flat is a 10-15 min walk to the city centre and to the bay. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and reliable, up for a glass of wine or two on the weekends! I'm really sociable but also happy with my own space sometimes :) Ideally looking for a friend rather than just a flatmate!
