The room comes with a separate smaller room which I currently used as a walk in wardrobe :) (Great for extra storage space). The house is a lovely large 2 bed terraced house, with a guest room, welcoming living room and modern kitchen with a utility space(handy for garden stuff and bikes). The house has a lovely garden with decking and real grass! and is perfect for catching the sun and bbqs in the summer.

There is FREE on street parking which is excellent for friends and family as it is only a 10 min walk to the city centre, 15 to the bay and the closest train station is queen street, with excellent links for the valley lines.
The rent is only £400 pcm (without bills) and we have a great landlord who is prompt with replies and getting things done.

I am looking for a professional to take my place as I would like to find my own flat since living in the house for 18 months. The house is great for any professional working in the city centre or surrounding Cardiff as there are bus routes from the bottom of the street and a Lidl on route home! Perfect for grabbing a bottle of wine!

My roomate is lovely and a professional within the NHS. She works shifts which means you have some time to yourself when she is at work, but is more than happy to be social and chill together of an evening. She loves rugby, gym, Netflix, wine, festivals and cooking. She is clean and tidy and would expect you to be the same.
