THE HOUSE: Two bathrooms - one on each floor; modern kitchen with two large fridge freezers, gas hob/oven and lots of equipment; lounge with dining table, 50" TV, and a back yard with a washing line and shed.

The house is friendly, quiet and kept very clean - sharing with 3 x male professionals. Would suit young professionals or post-graduate students.

RENT: £410 paid 1st of each month (this includes water, council tax, fast broadband, tv license, gas/elec). Minimum contract term of 6 months, then rolling one month's notice.

DEPOSIT: £375, held in a deposit protection scheme.

The house is managed by myself and my partner. We live locally and generally are able to respond to any issues in the house usually very quickly. I am a registered landlord and the house is a licensed HMO.
