The room has a double bed with simple furnishings there is a nice back garden To sit out on sunny days.
I expect you to be clean, clutter free and minimal. No smoking and no pets due to allergies! Adhering to basic house agreements - such as taking ownership of house duties rubbish bin collection days etc
This house is in a lovely private area so being able to interact and be respectful of the community goes a long way . All bills included
I’d prefer short stays but am open to discuss flexibility.
