I am looking to rent this property with another three individuals or two individuals and a couple. I am soon to graduate from my masters and am working as a tutor online with the occasional in person session. I am very easy going, sociable and love to cook. I’m looking for people who are happy living with a 9 month dachshund, and will need to be the only pet of the household.
The price is based on five people, the total cost for rent will be £195 each (or £244 between four people), with the other bills such as water, gas and electric and council tax (band D) split between us all also.
The house is a short bus ride away from Cardiff City Centre and not far from Newport city centre either. There is a local Tesco and post office close by, and has a hairdressers across the road from the house with a beautiful lake around the corner from the house.
Please let me know if you would be interested in renting this house with me. I am happy to send a link for the property if more information is needed.
