The large open plan living and dining area is great for communal living, so you can catch up with your friends while they cook, or have a house meal at the dining table, or relax together in front of the television. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area also comes fully furnished with comfy sofas and a flat screen television and the house also has its own garden.

The city centre is just a 15 minute walk away, filled with hundreds of shops restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes and Tesco Metro (and other local stores and shops) are located just a few streets away. Cardiff University is just a 10 minute walk away and Cardiff Metropolitan can be reached in under 15 minutes on the Cardiff Met Metro Rider link – meaning you’ll never be late for lectures again!
