Chloe, Jamie & Ollie are looking for a 4th person to share our home in Whitchurch - just up the road from UHW, just a 12 minute drive or bike ride.

The house is airy and is newly furnished. We have a large sociable garden with plenty of room to relax and entertain guests. The house has also just had a bathroom renovation.

The house has always had lodgers and housemates and we are excited about having someone new.
Our current housemate has found love and is moving in with his boyfriend.
We often still have visits from our previous housemates as we all have remained close even as their lives have evolved with new partners and jobs. I’m sure they’d be happy to provide a reference to you if needed.

Chloe 42, currently working from home in her office, likes gardening, reading and hanging out with the dog. Chloe spends time in her boyfriends house too so the house can often be quite quiet. We all work full time.

Jamie, 25, & Ollie 23, live in a annexe in the garden, with a separate kitchen & bathroom so everyone has plenty of space.

We have 2 cats and a super cute dog.
We also have local allotment if you are interested in growing veggies.

The house is friendly and relaxed, we are not a party house but we do like to socialise.

We have good broadband, plus Netflix. We also have tumble dryer.

There is a nature reserve at the top of the street and plenty of nice pubs in the village. You can walk or ride along the Taff Trail into the city centre too.

We are looking for tidy, friendly person that likes a chat and we do enjoy a communal meal every week or so or perhaps the odd pub quiz or games night.

We like to find someone that fits the vibe of the house so please come for a chat and a coffee if you are interested.

We will require 2 months rent up front - this covers your rolling month contract and 1 month held as a deposit.
We require 4 weeks notice to exit the rolling contract.

£550 monthly rent covers all of your bills.
We will also consider short term lets, we are happy to discuss this.

We will also require a reference from your current landlord to ensure you are a good previous tenant.
