There is a room available in this property from 1st August, as I'm moving out, along with two of my housemates. Two of the rooms have been filled already, this is the last one.

Modernly renovated 4-bedroom house with open plan kitchen and modern bath. It is fully furnished, and situated in Splott, Cardiff. Free street parking available, and easy to get a space most days.

Deposit is 1 month's rent (£400)

1 month's rent will be required in advance (£400)

Holding deposit (£80) is required prior to referencing and will be adjusted from the first month's rent.

No agency fees.

Bills not included, but are all set up by the current tenants (we currently pay £90 per month).

Cleaner/housekeeper included in rent (Covid-dependent)

There is one first-floor room available.

You will be taking over the tenancy of one of the current housemates who is moving out.

The tenancy will be until 31st July 2023.
After that, you will sign a new lease for another year (if you all want to!)

Landlord lives locally and is very quick to respond and assist with any problems. They are very understanding and helpful.

This house is a lovely property, with all the modern fixings. It is on a quieter family street but is still within walking distance of Newport Road and the city centre.
Being just off Splott Road, we have the post office, Co-op, cafes, takeaways and a bus stop just a two-minute walk away.

The downstairs bathroom is wonderful with a "rain" shower and free-standing bath.
There is also an upstairs toilet.
Spare/storage room (available to be used as an office/homeworking space during the day).
There is a private garden area, perfect for catching the sun in the summer.
Large open-plan kitchen.

The room:

First floor, rear-facing room. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe. Many plug sockets available in the room with integrated USB ports. There is a disused fireplace in the room too, which is a nice decoration - £400

Current tenants:

Myself and Luke have lived here for over three years. It's a wonderful, comfortable house with a great landlord. We've been very happy here but it's time for us to move on. We're sad to leave our rooms & our lovely housemates but we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we did. You'll be living with Sonny, who is a kind, lovely & considerate housemate in his 30s. Two other people (Kieran and Rosie) will also be moving in the same time as you.

We have always been a very inclusive household, LGBTQ friendly, all genders welcome.
