Looking to fill an unfurnished double bedroom in a stunning modern apartment in the Cardiff Bay Area (Cardiff Pointe). The bedroom is spacious, with neutral decor and double glazing. There are two bathrooms in the property, so you get your own separate bathroom with shower and bath - located right across from the bedroom. You also get your own dedicated private parking space outside.

The apartment itself is a beautifully designed modern space in a luxury development. The living room and kitchen are in a bright and super spacious open plan space with large windows. Amenities include fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The location is fantastic. Located across the road from the Cardiff International Pool with shops, a gym and waterfront in close walking distance. It is a quiet area but only a 10 minute drive to the city centre.

About me: I'm a 29 year old full time professional, relatively new to Wales/Cardiff. I come from a creative background so have a big love for music, film, fashion and interior design - as well as all the classic stuff like fitness and food (I love to cook!). I'm very clean, tidy and respectful.

I'm looking to fill the property with a full time professional who is friendly and easy to chat to but happy to be independent and values having their own space. I have no real preference for male or female, the key thing for me is someone that will be clean and respectful of the property and its space.

Rent: £400.00
Deposit: £487.50
Bills: Approx £200 per month

The contract is a 6 month joint tenancy handled through a letting agents. Deposit is protected via a deposit scheme and all referencing is completed by them.
