The house is just off Cowbridge Road East, a short walk from the shops. There's loads to do in the area, with great pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Current tenants are two mature students, who work in local government and the creative industries alongside. We're both tidy and respectful, and enjoy watching films and listening to music in the evenings, but enjoy our own time too. We love going to gigs or the pub (pre-Covid!) on weekends, and hope that you'd like to join us from time to time!

We are renting from a private landlord, with a small referencing fee and a deposit of £366.

Council tax would be split 3 ways as usual.
