Two double rooms in Canton

Two double rooms available from 01/10/2021 in a homely property in Canton. Sadly both my wonderful housemates are leaving Cardiff!

One upstairs bathroom with shower/bath and one downstairs toilet. Spacious living room with TV and comfortable sofa.
Large kitchen and dining areas with lots of cupboard space.

The house is just off Cowbridge Road East, a short walk from the shops. There's loads to do in the area, with great pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Current tenant is a mature student working in local government. Our house has always been both tidy and respectful, and enjoy watching films and listening to music in the evenings, but enjoy our own time too. As a house we've loved going to gigs or the pub on weekends, and hope that you'd like to join from time to time.

We are renting from a private landlord, with a small referencing fee and a deposit of £400.

Council tax would be split 3 ways as usual.
