I am looking for a full time professional, would perhaps suit a doctor at UHW, to share a spacious 3 bedroom house with one other, and myself, with work I seldom stay here.

This double bedroom is 4m by 3.6m approx. and overlooks a spacious rear garden. The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, built in desk with chest of drawers, bookcase, and a double wardrobe.

The communal kitchen has a breakfast bar, gas cooker, washer/dryer, fridge freezer; the living room has a dining table with chairs, sofa and chairs, TV; and the garden has a patio, shed and summerhouse. There is both good on road and drive way parking.

Easy access to the M4, shops, UHW is 10 min walk, 5 minute walk to the train station or the bus stop.

Bills include: - council tax, water, gas, electric, TV licence, and wireless broadband.
