Looking for a new housemate from October!

Hi! My name is Rachel and I currently live with two lovely girls in the quiet Heath/Birchgrove area of Cardiff. I'm hopefully moving out in September/beginning of October 2021 and therefore looking for somebody to take over the tenancy.

The property is a townhouse and is technically a 4-bed, but we've lived here for a year as a 3, which leaves room for an extra spare single bedroom in case we have guests (sadly the pandemic has limited this!!) It's an end of terrace 3-storey house with 3 allocated off-road parking spaces in a quiet area just off Caerphilly road with a detached garage. There's plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner and it's a 1 minute walk from Aldi and only a few minutes further to Lidl. It's also about a 10-15min drive from Cardiff city centre.

The room itself is the master bedroom on the first floor - it is quite large and benefits from a built-in spacious wardrobe and its own en-suite. It is furnished with a bed and a large chest of drawers with built-in mirror and a stool with plenty of room for any other furniture you might want to add - the rest of the furniture in the photos is mine. The en-suite has a decent shower, toilet and sink with mirror. The rent per month is currently £400 with bills on top, which is around £130 a month which includes energy, wifi, water, TV licence and council tax. There’s also a security deposit of £400. We share a kitchen and study on the ground floor (perfect for workers from home) and a lounge with Juliette balcony on the first floor.

The girls are looking for another female professional who is in their mid to late twenties who is sociable, easy-going and won't leave the kitchen a state!! They are both NHS workers who may be working early/late or night shifts, but are very considerate. They love cooking, binge-watching, going for walks and don't mind a cheeky gin or two.
