The Annexe is a spacious, cosy apartment in Llanishen, Cardiff. It is a private, self-contained apartment that sits to the side of the main house in which we live. It has its own entrance, 2 large rooms and a large bathroom. The rental price includes all bills and Council Tax, making it a convenient choice.

The large kitchen is bright, welcoming and has more than ample storage space. The space includes a dining area, breakfast bar and room to add a sofa.

The bedroom is a good sized double with a built in wardrobe. This area also has a lounge area and includes a 2 seater sofa, coffee table and storage unit with a TV area.
The bathroom is a large, spacious wet room that includes a shower, toilet and sink.

The Annexe has its own private outdoor courtyard with a private patio seating area. There is parking available.

We are based within about 10 minutes cycling distance to the city centre. If using public transport there are regular services to choose from, several bus stops for different bus services are just a couple of minutes walk away/ Heath train stations just over 5 minutes walk. We are within a short walking distance to UHW main hospital and dental hospital and also the Cyncoed Campus of Cardiff Met. We are within a short distance to Cardiff University and University South Wales. Short distances to local amenities including leisure centres, parks and green space (including Roath Park which is under 10 minutes walk away), local shops, libraries, banks, dentist and doctors surgery etc. Our location offers easy access to the M4 and associated linking A roads.

The Annexe has been freshly decorated in very neutral colours and fully cleaned to a high standard. There is space to hang pictures and some scope to personalise the space.

We are looking for a single person to move in to the Annexe. It would be ideal for professional working in or around the Cardiff area or a mature student studying in Cardiff. We live in the main house and are on hand if needed. Previously our lodgers have been with us on a longer term basis, one for 5 years and another for almost 2 years. Both moved out as they bought their own properties.
