Double Room in a Friendly House

We are looking for a new house mate to come join our lovely home. We have a 4 bedroom house in Roath.

The room is a lovely furnished double room with a single wardrobe and chest of draws. You have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and sitting room. We have a washing machine, tumble drier, a fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also plenty of off road parking. The house is fully furnished and very homely and clean. We have a garden in the back of the house. We are looking for a professional to join our home .

The house is very well located just off Albany Road with great transport links including buses and trains. It is a 15 minute walk into the centre of town and we have a Tesco Metro just around the corner.

The rent is £360 a month. The bills are about £130 a month this includes council tax, wifi, water and electric. The room is available from the 1st July or potentially earlier.
