The room is on the first floor of the house, it has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk included. Bills will be around £40-£50 each.
The house is in a great location on a quiet road in Heath, close to local amenities along with the hospital too.
The other three tenants are 3 students, all females. One is starting her MA in Nutrition and is a triathlete. The other two are studying at Cardiff University one is starting her Msci in Geology and is a rower and the other one is going into her final year as a undergrad studying French. They are all easy to get a long with and would be great housemates. They are looking for someone who likes to have some fun and enjoys having a few drinks but also is dedicated to their degree.
