Lovely bright double room in Roath from 1st August

Spacious, fully-furnished double room for rent in a well-kept house just off City Road, Roath, Cardiff. The room is on the first floor, looking on the back garden and comes with a double bed, nightstands, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe (the other furniture in the photos belong to our currant housemate). The rest of the house consists of a cosy living room, a very large kitchen, a spacious bathroom (with large shower and bath), and even a pond in the garden!

The rent is £285 pcm plus bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, Netflix, TV license and broadband) which come to around £130 pcm.

Overall rent + bills works out to around £415 per month with everything included.

The room will be available 1st of August and the lease runs for 12 months. The bond is £300 and is managed through The Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

We are a 39-year-old male and 27 year old female so we'd be looking for someone within that age range. We're a friendly household who watch movies/tv, play games and cook together. We are vegetarian and vegan respectively, though that wouldn't be a deal-breaker but it makes things easier if you are too. New flatmate will be expected to partake in keeping the house tidy and clean as well as help us with occasional gardening.

Small pets considered.

The house is a ten-minute walk from the city centre.
