The house is a large house and has two separate bathrooms one with bath with shower over and a second one with a mains shower. Both have toilets.

The house has a large lounge and separate kitchen with two fridges, freezers, washer dryer etc.

The house is kept very tidy and the prospective tenant needs to be able to keep the communal areas clean.

The property is 5 - 10Met minutes from /heath hospital, 20-25 minutes from Cardiff Met and Cardiff University.

The property is suitable for someone late twenties, thirties. Suitable for someone working at Heath or mature student/Masters, PHd students. Overseas students accepted. Permit road parking is available but can get busy.
