Double room in 2 bedroom terrace house in Canton available Mid June.

My current lodger is about to move out so I’m looking for someone for the second bedroom from June 20th.

The rent includes all bills and:

- Broadband (also have Netflix, Amazon prime and Disney +)
- Regular cleaner

There is a bus right outside that takes you into Cardiff city centre plus links down to Cardiff Bay. There is a park a block away plus two other parks close by (good coffee!). It is a quiet street and there is easy on street parking without time restrictions/permits. It is about a 15 minute walk to Pontcanna markets and cafes/bars.

The room is very bright, private and has a new bed, mattress and chest of drawers.

Happy to consider Mon-Fri let for £550 or full time for £700

I’m 34 and work as an Education producer for the BBC orchestra in the bay. I work from home most of the time at the moment but will go in to the office here and there. I have a little 6 month old pug called Jet. He’s very lovable and you wouldn’t be expected to have any caring duties for him 😊 I’m a friendly, social person who likes to get out and about as much as I can as well as hang at home and relax. I’ve been told I’m easy going and always got on well with all my housemates. I’m up for a chat or watching a film but equally giving each other space (at the end of a busy week!).
