Double room in Canton, all bills included

The bedroom pictured is fully furnished with drawers, open wardrobe, desk, chair and side table and river views.
Theres also parking spaces available.

The house is built over 3 floors. Entrance with shoe and coat storage, washer/dryer room and downstairs toilet on the ground level. Kitchen and living area on the second, bedrooms and bathrooms on the Top floor.

I have another housemate/lodger in the 2nd room, she’s a working professional with similar hours. We’re both very chilled out and sociable, though also respect people need their own space and would like whoever takes on the room to treat it and the rest of the house as their own. I have my own en-suite so it would just be the two of you sharing the bathroom pictured.

I really enjoy cooking and tend to have a cook up most nights. So if you don’t mind free meals now and again, you’ll be in luck. I’m very active and spend most weekends mountain biking, paddle boarding, climbing and travelling.


All bills are included and will be taken care of by myself. You can make use of all the facilities in the house. High speed broadband, separate washing room with washer/dryer, garage for bike storage and garden to the rear of the house.
