Room is fully furnished with double bed, drawers, open wardrobe, side table desk and chair with river and park views out to the front.
You’ll have your own allocated parking space out front available.

The house is in a quiet and accessible location. Built over 3 floors, entrance with shoe and coat storage, separate washer/dryer room and downstairs toilet on the ground level. Kitchen and living area on the second, bedrooms and bathrooms on the Top floor. I have my own en-suite so the main bathroom is all yours.

I work the usual 9-5 hours.

All bills are included and will be taken care of by myself. You can make use of all the facilities in the house. Garage for bike storage and garden to the rear of the house.
