Professional let in lovely 2 bed with garden

Hi!

My housemate is moving out and his room will be free from the 19th August so I am looking for a new housemate.

The house is modern and well-build, with a lovely little garden, very close to shops and amenities of Canton, and comes with a cosy room overlooking the back of the house.

The house has a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. Comes with downstairs WC and a bath/shower upstairs. The room available has 3 big wardrobes with loads of space and there is a box room which we are using as an office.

I work full-time from home mon-fri but will start going into the office maybe 1 day a week. I tend to go to the gym early before work to get it out of the way. In the evenings I sometimes play golf or go to the cinema, but I am typically in bed at around 9pm these days! On the weekends I will play golf early in the morning then maybe catch up with friends etc the usual. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and I am looking for someone who is the same ideally. We have a cleaner come every two weeks, but will maintain the garden and general upkeep ourselves too.

I don't mind the odd pint or glass of wine every now and again, but this is not a house to have parties in and like to keep the place calm and peaceful. Hopefully you will too :)

A good thing to note is I dog sit on the side, so there could be dogs staying at the house every now and again. This will obviously be discussed and approved by you before I book any.
Bills come to around £150 pcm, that includes broadband, utilities and council tax etc.
