The house: Two bathrooms - one on each floor; modern kitchen with two fridge freezers, gas hob/oven and lots of equipment; lounge with a very comfy corner sofa, dining table, 50inch TV, and a back yard with a washing line and shed. You are welcome to use the shed and loft space for extra storage if necessary.

The house is friendly, quiet and kept very clean, with working professionals in their late 20s/early 30s (two female and one male - all working).

Would suit young professionals or post-graduate students.

The house is managed by myself and my partner. We live locally and generally are able to respond to any issues in the house usually very quickly. I am a registered landlord and the house is a licensed HMO.
