we’re looking for someone to fill the spare room in our house until the beginning of october. the house is a 20 minute walk from the city centre, 15 mins from the train station, and 5 minutes from albany road shops. the house is clean and tidy, and the existing flatmates are 2 girls, a cat, and a hamster. the house has a lovely garden, a communal living room and kitchen, and a bathroom with a rainfall shower. we’re vegan and vegetarian, very laid back and friendly. lgbtqia+ friendly is required of the new housemate. council tax band is D.
