There is a great and spacious communal kitchen area, as well as a separate lounge. The house is in a great location - a 5 min walk to Roath Rec and short walk into town.
We have a garden area with rear access for bicycles with outside storage space if needed.
Currently 1 guy & 3 girls in the house.
We are all very easy going people to live with. Looking for a like minded person to live in the house. We are into all things fitness, outdoor activities, food, coffee, movies etc.
A high tolerance of dad jokes is required in order to live here 😂.
We have a cat … so a love of animals is required.
