Close to all the convenient amenities. There is a Sainsubury’s and Co-op at the end of the road. Approximately 15-20 minutes walk into the city centre and the Principality Stadium. Car parking space is available outside the house. You can apply for a residential parking permit, or alternatively park off road free of charge in available non-residential parking spaces.

There are two bathrooms in the property. One with a shower and the other one with a bath/shower.

The house has a modern kitchen and living room giving it a very homely feel.
