Delightful double bedroom with ensuite in Heath

***Seeking international placement students, mature research or postgrad students or full time professionals*** May suit medical students or professionals due to close proximity to Heath Hospital. Links into city centre (27 bus) and train station close by for other commutes.

A beautiful second floor double bedroom with the added benefit of a smart en-suite shower room & toilet, is available in my modern townhouse home for the right person. The room is light and spacious with an in-built cupboard. As well as short term stays, I would consider contractors for one off stays (e. g. a month) or Monday-Friday arrangements.

Great quiet suburban location in a leafy estate in Heath with ideal links to UHW and quick to get to the city centre and elsewhere in Cardiff. Amenities a stone's throw conveniently include a GP surgery, Aldi, Lidl, and a few minutes walk are a lovely Greek restaurant, coffee shops, beauticians and so on, and those all-important pub and takeaway options. Ample public transport links nearby (train and buses 5 minutes walk), and safe parking on the driveway. My property offers privacy and calm and easy access to everything Cardiff has to offer. You would only be sharing with myself.

Finding the right person is very important to me and the following traits will mean we are likely to get along just fine. My ideal lodger would be a single, hard-working individual who is easy-going, respectful, quiet and clean. Essentially, they will be a good communicator and self-aware, so that we can manage any conversations relating to the house, boundaries, noise etc. They will have their own interests and hobbies - it would be nice if they wish to occasionally eat and socialise together, though it is equally important they value their own privacy and mine.

I am looking for someone who studies or works on site most of the time, and who is not going to be in their room all day for work.

A little about me... I work full time M-F in a compliance team. In my free time I enjoy making the most of city life by eating and having cocktails out, theatre, gigs and activities such as yoga, meditation, dance, walking, cycling, wild swimming and paddleboarding. Hoping to find someone with similar energy and values as described above, with good vibes who will be considerate, who works/ studies full time and is looking for somewhere clean, tidy and comfortable to relax and rest.

My plan is to set up meet ups for an initial chat over tea with people I click with most via message.
