Spacious Ensuite Room - Severn Point

I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Severn Point, Unite Students. It's a Premium Range 1 Ensuite Room (you can check from the severn point website).

Room will be available from 5th July 2023. Current agreement is until 08th Septermber 2023. You can renew your contracts with Unite Students if needed.

I really love this room because of its spaciousness. This is the biggest room in our flat. Room is furnished with desk space, bed, mirror, shelves. It also has an ensuite bathroom, with hot water facilities. There is plenty of storage space including underbed storage. There is an electrical heater which you can operate as you wish.

It's usually a quiet environment, so there is no disturbance for your studies. Current flatmates are really nice and helpful. Nationality - both UK and international. They are students at Carfiff Met, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, and Cardiff School of Computer Science.

Kitchen is shared and with the cooker, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Everyone actively keeps it clean after cooking. There is also a lounge area inside the kitchen, with two sofas and a TV.

There is laundry facilities on the site. You can even park your bicycles outside. Location is generally secured, since every student needs a key to go through the gate and access the flats/rooms.

If there's any maintenance issue in your flat, reception will readily respond. They are really friendly and helpful.

From here, you can walk to the Bute park in 5 minutes, Tesco express in 10 minutes, Aldi in 10 minutes, and city center in 20 - 30 minutes. Also, the North Road right next to this property, gives you access to buses going to city center every 15 minutes or less. This is an ideal location for easily accessing Cardiff university, Cardiff Met and Royal Welsh Music college.

Overall, a really good place with a quiet environment, with all the facilities within walking distance. Viewings can be arranged. If we both agree, tenancy transfer will happen through the Unite Students admin, so the process is safe and guaranteed.
