The flat is located 30 seconds off the M4 so is very easily accessible, avoiding traffic through the centre of Cardiff.
The nearest train station is 10 mins walk, or there is a bus stop located just outside of the flat block for access in and out of the city centre.

There is also a garage and a shed which, if needed for storage, can be discussed.
There is plenty of free parking outside of the flat.
