Need female Uni student housemate £129 per week

Hello, my name is Mya and me and friends are looking for someone to be our 4th roommate for our 3rd year of study. To our current knowledge you can occupy the accommodation from July 2024 to June 2025. There is no leeway you cant stay just for the month of July. Only contact if you are interested in staying for the full academic year.

The location is really good being only a 16 minute walk to Cardiff University and a 20 minute bike ride to Cardiff Metropolitan University.

We do not own the place so if you are interested you should know that you would need to sign the contract to the current landlord.

The utility bills come to about £29 per week while the weekly rent for the room is £100 so the overall weekly rent including both the utility bills and room would be about £129 per week which is pretty cheap compared to other university accommodations.

Me and my friends are very friendly and are accepting of others and how they identify themselves.

We don't like people not cleaning up after themselves. We also don't like partying or getting drunk and we would appreciate it that if you have a partner that they dont sleep over more than two nights a week and to let us know if you want to invite guests over.
