Mon - Fri house share in a clean and quiet home

I am a busy, sociable professional who is looking to share my cosy home during the week. I love sport and play netball and tennis regularly in the week.

You would share the living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden with me. The quiet bedroom has it's own built-in wardrobe and a single bed that pulls out into a comfortable double (Ikea day bed). Bedding can be provided.

I am someone who goes to bed and is up early in the week so it would work better if you were someone who lives in a similar rhythm.
I have 2 bunnies who live in the garden. There is permit parking outside the house and you would be able to use the visitor's permit while you were here.

The house is situated ideally for anyone working in town as it is a 15 minute walk from town. Albany road and Wellfield road are only a 5 minute walk away where you can find nice cafes, take aways and restuarants and shops for essential items. Roath park lake is a short walk away and is great for a jog or an ice cream!
