Looking for someone to take over my Tenancy Contract in Lumis Student Living, a purpose built student accommodation located in the heart of Cardiff. ONLY FULL TIME STUDENTS ALLOWED. The tenancy will be from the 1st of June until 1st of September.

The room has private bathroom and a shared kitchen with 2 other people. What's in the room? - 3/4 size double bed with under-bed storage - Private en-suite shower room - Study space with desk and chair - Double wardrobe wi th shelves - Shared kitchen with induction hobs, electric ovens, microwave and dishwasher - Plenty of kitchen storage, and double fridge/freezer - Dining table, chairs, beanbag chair and flat screen TV in communal area.

All bills are paid already(water, energy, heat), many facilities such as:
-All-inclusive utility bills
-Up to 100Mbps free Wi-Fi and --broadband throughout
-Free on-site gym
-Close to universities; 5 mins to USW
-Games room
-Secure bike storage
-Cinema room

A deposit of 100 pounds is required before moving in which I will return once you have taken over my contract.
