We are a gay male professional couple in our 40s. We enjoy cooking, fitness, travel, and a spot of gardening. We are sociable, but not party animals.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just a five minute walk away from Roath Park and Wellfield Road, which has numerous shops and restaurants. There is easy access to the city centre with buses available every 7/8 minutes, as well as easy access to the A48 / M4.

Our detached house has five bedrooms with front and rear gardens. The rear garden is private, it has mature trees, shrubs, and a fish pond. Parking is available.

The large kitchen diner has recently been renovated. It has two sets of large bifold doors onto the garden, a central island with a gas hob, a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and two ovens.

The room comprises of a double bed, a wardrobe, an armchair and two bedside cabinets. Situated at the back of the house, the room is very quiet, and overlooks the garden. The room has been recently decorated.

You will share the bathroom with our other lodger (26 year old male). We have our own en-suite, and there is an additional toilet downstairs.

The monthly cost includes all bills (council tax, utilities, and broadband). Proof of ID, employment, references and a deposit is required.

We are not considering people with pets, couples or home workers.

The room is available from 1st May.
