An example of bills that are included cover water, gas, electricity, broadband and council tax. Dedicated space and street parking available. Garden access available. Rent for each bedroom is set to £590.00 per calendar month. Security deposit is £600.00. Minimum of two months rent paid upfront then recurring bi-monthly basis. An approximation for viewing timeslot availability is Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 20:00 due to working schedule or Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 to 20:00. Upon successful candidate via application form then the landlord will get in touch to sort out a convenient date and time.
